“Shane & Tara Marshall trading as Shane Marshall Building Pty Ltd built our home in 2007 and finished it near to on time given that there were adverse weather conditions when building commenced and there was also a shortage of trades people following the demand created by cyclone Larry rebuilding. Throughout the process they kept us informed on progress and sent photos of each major phase, as we were not living in the area at the time, it was a seamless process given that so much could go wrong had we chosen a less reliable contractor.
The house was completed within the agreed budget and it was obvious that Shane was a very capable and innovative builder with an eye to detail and pride in his workmanship.
