Our client was aware buying a double story home later in life can come with its complications.. so she decided the only solution was a hydraulic lift leading from the ground floor right into her beautifully designed brand new kitchen.  Unless you were told you wouldn’t know there was a lift in this house.. this seamless design hides it well.

 

Beautiful timber floors were placed over the existing second story.  Brand new bathrooms plus the addition of an ensuite and powder room/walk-in-robe that the original house didn’t include. Lovely natural timber touches everywhere you look, some spiffy new lighting, new carpet, new lick of paint.. this old darling will bring joy for many more years to come.
